Full head height & being able to walk around the bed was top of the list. Storage space underneath the bed - it's more like another room with plenty of hanging & ample storage. Functional Kitchen, spacious bathroom, washing machine, TV, aircon, loads of light. As we stayed within our budget then, we have since been able to add a solar power trailer, & outdoor deck (thanks again to Zac). So can now go off grid if we choose to.
